  • Unpacking some myths and terminology;  such as, 'what is the difference between mental health and mental illness?' 

  • Showed how there is no one-size fits all for mental health and how we can select from a range of evidence based strategies to suit our unique needs.

  • Explained how we are naturally wired with a negativity bias and the strategies we can use to counter this.

  • Help bring to light the positive resources we have in our lives and how this contributes to our mental wellbeing.
