Empowering small business with access to mental health programs
A focus on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace is more important than ever. Staff nowadays expect a good work culture that doesn't hurt their wellbeing, while the government is clamping down on psychosocial hazards, making a focus on mental health more than a nice-to-have.

However, many solutions that aim to help businesses work on developing a wellbeing culture – including ours - are difficult to access for smaller business that do not have much resources to spare, particularly in a cost-of-living crisis.

To help solve this problem, South Australia's Office for Small and Family Business has awarded Be Well Co and our partner organisation Gallagher Bassett, a grant to give small and family business and sole traders throughout South Australia free access to our leading workplace wellbeing training offerings.
What are these "psychosocial risks" I keep hearing about?
How can I manage my own mental health while leading my business?
What are some simple ways I can build a better wellbeing routine?
Do I have something in place for when times become more stressful?
The grant by South Australia's Office for Small and Family Business gives staff, leaders and owners of small business in SA free access to three different workshops
What workshops are available?
You can get access to three types of workshops specifically created for small business, both in-person and virtually.
